By placing an order on Illusions Companion Homecare, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya under the jurisdiction of Nairobi courts.
2. Pricing & Order Acceptance
All product prices are quoted in Kenya Shillings (KES) inclusive of 16% VAT. Orders are legally accepted once payment is verified against our authoritative ledger.
3. Delivery Timelines & Coverage
- Nairobi Same-Day Delivery: Orders confirmed prior to 2:00 PM are dispatched same-day to Westlands, Kilimani, Lavington, Karen, Gigiri, and greater Nairobi.
- Kenya Nationwide Couriers: Upcountry shipments arrive within 24 to 48 hours with end-to-end SMS tracking.
4. Payment Terms & M-Pesa Security
- Safaricom M-Pesa STK Push: Official Paybill prompt sent to your handset. Stock is deducted and dispatched only upon verified receipt matching.
- Paystack Card Processing: Encrypted 3D-Secure payment flow. Illusions does not store card CVVs or banking credentials.
